Your choice of felt or straw, natural or dyed, trims to be determined to meet your needs.
Here's how this works:
- Place your Custom Couture Order here.
- I'll reach out to set up a date and time for us to meet via zoom, email, or phone. We will finalize what you want and get your hat started.
- I'll create your hat - reaching out for input if/as needed
- I'll send you a photo once it is done and then ship it to you (or arrange for you to pick it up from my Southern Arizona Studio.)
- You'll head off to your next special occasion like a VIP Star!
Production time is 4 weeks.

A belief in small businesses, Carey Hats sources materials, and tools from small businesses around the world (hats blocks from Latvia, felts and ribbons from Greece, and straws from our favorite supply house in New York City.)
Hats are blocked in NY and AZ... always by hand. And before you get your hat... it has multiple checkpoints for quality control and a perfect-for-you fit.

International - $60 via USPS Ground
(for International the buyer is responsibile for any taxes, customs, or VAT charges. We are unable to ship to Italy. )
